' Glee' Actor Jesse Luken Arrested, Charged with DUI After Car Crash

FormerGleeactor Jesse Luken was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after his car crashed,TMZfirst reported.

A citizen called police at 11:16 p.m. on Dec. 5 to report that a car had driven onto the curb, Glendale Police Department’s Public Information Officer Dan Suttles told PEOPLE.

The solo car crash resulted in no injuries, though Luken’s car had a flat tire, according to Suttles. Officers had Luken take a field sobriety test and decided that there was probable cause to arrest him for driving under the influence, Suttles said.

He was booked and released. Luken provided a blood sample, the results of which are still pending.

Reps for Luken did not immediately return PEOPLE’s requests for comment.

Luken is among multipleGleeactors who have struggled during or after the Fox show, which aired from 2009-2015.

In 2013,Cory Monteith, who played leading man Finn Hudson,died at age 31of anoverdose.
