'90 Day Fiance' 's Ashley Martson Files for Divorce from Jay Smith for the Second Time: Report

Ashley Martson has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Jay Smith for the second time.

She also shared aphotoof herself to Instagram on Tuesday with the caption, “Behind every Strong woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn to get back up, fix the the broken pieces, and never depend on anyone #bossbabe #fixyourcrownqueen #womansupportingwomen.”

TLC had no comment.

Martson and Smith did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment at the time.

Martson and Smithstarred in season 6 of the TLC show. While in Jamaica for a wedding, Martson met Smith at a club with a few of her girlfriends.

Though she didn’t expect to hear from him again, he tracked her down via social media and he proposed six months later when she returned to visit him.

During a fan Q&A on her Instagram Story in January, Martson refused to confirm or deny their breakup or the divorce filing.

When someone asked whether they were still together, she pasted a GIF that read: “idk man let’s eat pizza.

When another fan asked why she wouldn’t confirm the split, Martson wrote: “Nothing in this world that I like more than … [money],” pasting a GIF of a check.

While the couple didn’t address their marital status, Martson did write in a since-deletedInstagram postalongside a photo of the pair together, “Who the f— is leaking all this s—? #NotCool 💔.”

At the time, Smith alsoshared a sweet image of his own to Instagram,which has also been deleted, holding Martson — who has been battling ongoing health struggles — in his arms, and captioned it with a broken heart emoji.

On Jan. 13, the mother of two was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive in her home. It was determined that she was inkidney failuredue to complications from lupus. Days later, sheunderwent surgery.
