The breathtaking Montreal vineyard estate whereAdele’s"Easy on Me" video was filmed last year has hit the market for a whopping $4.33 million.
According to itslisting, the 173-acre property located about an hour and a half from Montreal, contains six buildings, including a castle, a guest house, a three-car garage and a chapel with a reception hall. The grounds include 7,000 grape vines and 11,000 maple trees for syrup production.

In the wake of theMiami-area condo collapsethat killed at least four people and left more than 150 missing, a $5 million class action lawsuit has been filed against the building’s condo association, alleging it failed to “secure and safeguard” its residents.
The class is seeking $5 million in damages, and accuses Champlain Towers South Condominium Association, Inc. of failing to tell visitors and residents about the lack of safety measures in place, and of “negligence” in failing to take available steps to prevent the collapse.

U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona said the decision removes a “major barrier” that prevented many borrowers with impairments from receiving the total and permanent disability discharges to which they are legally entitled.
