A citizen called police at 11:16 p.m. on Dec. 5 to report that a car had driven onto the curb, Glendale Police Department’s Public Information Officer Dan Suttles told PEOPLE. The solo car crash resulted in no injuries, though Luken’s car had a flat tire, according to Suttles. Officers had Luken take a field sobriety test and decided that there was probable cause to arrest him for driving under the influence, Suttles said.
